The Ascended Masters
The Ascended Masters, known in Tibet as having attained the Rainbow Body (Tibetan: jalus), were once humans on the Earth. Through spiritual practice over many lifetimes they purified their egos and raised their lower bodies into a higher frequency world, from where they now assist humanity--occasionally appearing in etheric or even physical form as required. They hear every thought directed toward them, and respond accordingly in the manner they deem appropriate.

These are perfected beings who hear your every thought, and who can assist you at every moment. Your attention on them calls them into your life.
